We built this system for PEPCO Energy Services on the Atlantic City Convention Center. From premier events and large public shows to conventions , trade shows, meetings & conferences, Atlantic City Convention Center has it all!   The Convention Center serves millions of people annually in its 500,000 square feet of continuous exhibition space.  The Solar array is 2,360 kW DC covering 266,000 square feet. The construction was completed in just 6 weeks!

 PEPCO owns the array and sells power to the convention center through a Power Purchase Agreement. The site’s close proximity to the shoreline required a 110 MPH wind design. The complex interior inverter layout, placement and electrical interconnection were completed with no impact to client operations. An aggressive project schedule required a compressed time frame for permitting approvals. Working with the State of New Jersey, the permit approvals came in record time for this size project. A new roof was being installed at the same time we installed the solar array. Coordinated concurrent construction was an interesting challenge we overcame while staying in-budget and on-time.
